About Us

The President and CEO of Spectral is Mr. Kjell Sundberg who has a long background as senior manager working with sea personnel management.

Software development started 1993 and the company has since then seen a steady increasing number of clients choosing its products. This has made Spectral to the market leader in the Philippines for Sea personnel softwares.

The ranges of products have also been gradually expanded and new versions of the key products are released at regular intervals. The client base is now rapidly expanding outside the Philippines as more and more shipping companies selects softwares produced by Spectral to manage their seafarers.

A range of CBT's produced by well known UK based training provider Videotel is also available through Spectral as we are the exclusive sales agents for Videotel in the Philippines.
